Our trip to Great Britain - two wonderful weeks August 3-17, 2004 - could not have possibly happen without our dear friends – Kim & Larry Heller. It was such an amazing surprise when they offered us to join their family vocation to GB. We've studied so much of its sights, language, history & literature that it's almost like native to us – and now we can go!

We've spend most of our trip in London visiting its beautiful sights and while staying there we went for one day trips to Oxford, Windsor & Eaton, Solisbury & Stonehenge. Then for 4 days we moved to Berwick upon Twide in a lovely ancient hotel and from there visited Edinburgh & Bamburgh Castle. Scotland just charmed us with its history and unique atmosphere.
