Vase 2006
I was thinking wheather to put these pictures here or to Sasha's Design Works. OK — it has enough pictures to be placed here in Still Life section.
It started when I bought small vase as a gift for Dasha. I liked the shape of the vase, but it needed some decoration. That narrow central part really requred some kind of a belt. So I went to the store, selling things for decorating gifts and found nice sea shell (cockle-shell) and a bunch of something, looking like hay. So I tied that hay around the vase and fixed the sea shell using glue gun. Hmm... Something is missing... Flower!!! So nice yellow gerbera completed my gift.
All of the pictures were taken at our desk at home. Two 500 Watt halogen spot lights were used as light sources. All of the pictures are taken using our compact digital Canon IXUS 400. All of the pictures were finished using Adobe Photoshop.
